JunoFleet client software licence
Effective date: November 1, 2026
1. Who provides the software
This licence is between you and JunoFleet (주노플릿), at 2F 125, 75 Neungdong-ro 13-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 05015, Republic of Korea ("we"). Questions, complaints and claims: [email protected]; +82 10-3049-1189.
It covers the JunoFleet desktop and mobile apps, daemon and host software that we distribute, including updates. The Terms of Service govern the official relay and subscriptions. The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. Accept this licence before installing or using the software; if you do not accept it, do not install or use it.
2. What you may do
We give you a non-exclusive licence to install and run official copies on devices you own or are authorised to use, for your personal use or internal business work. You may make copies needed for that use and backup. Each person must use their own JunoFleet identity and authorised AI-provider account. Buying a business seat does not give one employee access to another employee's sessions or computer.
Public availability of a binary does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to redistribute, sublicense, sell, or modify our proprietary software. Rights granted by law or a component's separate licence remain available.
3. Reverse engineering and other software
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify our proprietary software, except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction or we give written permission. This restriction does not remove rights that applicable law does not allow a contract to restrict.
Nothing in this licence permits copying our code, distributing modified copies, or misleading use of our name or branding. The notice on independently operated relays explains how a relay run by someone else differs from the official service.
Open-source and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Those licences control your rights in those components where they differ from this licence. This licence does not grant rights in Claude Code, Codex or another provider's services; their own terms apply.
4. Connecting to the official service
Use only official, unmodified JunoFleet clients to connect to the official relay. A modified client or an independently made compatible client may not connect to it, even if it can speak the protocol. Independently operated relays are separate from the official service.
Do not bypass payment, authentication, device enrolment, second-factor checks, access restrictions or service limits. Do not use unauthorised scripts or bots against service interfaces, interfere with the service, or access another user's sessions, approvals, devices or agent messages. Supported automation through official JunoFleet features, including agent workflows on your own authorised machines, is allowed. These restrictions remain subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
5. Your machine and your data
AI agents can run commands and change or delete files. Give them access only to systems and data you are authorised to use. Review permissions and keep useful backups. Approval rules and security features reduce risk; they do not guarantee that an agent will interpret your instructions correctly or prevent every harmful action.
The official relay is designed to carry end-to-end encrypted session content without the keys needed to read it. This does not hide content from your own devices, the AI provider you choose, or tools you authorise. The Privacy Policy explains the metadata we can read, including agent names used for routing and device identifiers, and the encrypted data we store.
6. Updates and ending use
We may require a supported version to connect to the official relay, for security or protocol compatibility. We will explain a material change and any action you need to take. Statutory rights to updates, remedies and notice remain unaffected.
You may stop using and uninstall the software at any time. Uninstalling alone does not cancel a subscription or delete your account; follow the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for those actions.
We may end this licence for a material breach, with an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where the breach can be fixed. Immediate restriction may be needed to stop ongoing harm or comply with law. When your licence ends, stop using and remove copies covered only by this licence; separate third-party licences and rights granted by law remain unaffected.
7. Your legal protections
The Terms of Service's warranty, liability and dispute provisions also apply to our software. Korean law governs, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. The competent Korean courts have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have under mandatory law to bring a claim in another court. Nothing here removes a warranty, remedy or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Additional terms for Apple App Store copies
These terms apply only to software obtained through Apple's App Store. They prevail over conflicting wording above for those copies, subject to mandatory law.
- This licence is between you and JunoFleet (주노플릿), not Apple. We are responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence is non-transferable and permits use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules. Use by associated accounts through Family Sharing or volume purchasing is allowed where those rules permit it. This does not grant shared JunoFleet credentials or cross-user session access.
- We provide the maintenance and support we promise or the law requires. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for this app.
- We are responsible for applicable app warranties. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund any purchase price you paid Apple for the app. To the extent law permits, Apple has no further warranty obligation; other warranty-related claims, losses, costs and expenses are our responsibility. Web subscription refunds follow the Terms of Service and applicable law.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your or a third party's claims about the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability, regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims. We do not limit that responsibility beyond what applicable law permits.
- If a third party claims that the app, or your possession or use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by it as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Direct questions, complaints and claims to JunoFleet (주노플릿), 2F 125, 75 Neungdong-ro 13-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 05015, Republic of Korea, +82 10-3049-1189, [email protected].
- You must follow applicable third-party agreements when using the app, including your network-service agreement and AI-provider terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are beneficiaries of this licence. Once you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce it against you as a beneficiary.
